The following list of mods are what I use in my GTA gameplay.

Please note: Everyones game and installations are different so I cannot help fix issues you may have with individual mods.

Make a backup of your game files before changing anything.

GTA quality of life mods

These mods are used pretty much across everything I do in GTA to improve on the gameplay, visuals and quality of life in the game:

Essential mods: CWeaponInfoBlob Limit Adjuster: Increases the number of weapon mods that can be added; Gameconfig for limitless vehicles: Essential for adding vehicles into the game and improves traffic density.; Heap Limit Adjuster: Because you can't get enough heap!; Menyoo: A trainer with handy tools for scene setup; Native UI: Enables scripthook.net to generate menus; OpenIV: Used for modding base files in the game; Packfile Limit Adjuster: Again, removing limits to prevent game crashing; Rage Plugin Hook (RPH): Required to hook mods into the game; Rage Native UI: Enables Rage Plugin Hook mods to generate menus; ScriptHookV: Required to hook scripts into the game; Scripthook V .Net: Allows scripts written in .net; Simple Trainer (TrainerV): My main trainer for things like time and weather as well as spawn in vehicles etc.
Cosmetic mods: 3440x1440 21:9 Mini Map Hud: Repositions minimap for UltraWidescreen monitors; AI TRAFFIC - Fluidity & Discipline: Improves AI traffic flow; Better AI cops combat behaviour: Stops AI cops going nuts!; Better License Plates: Makes license plates "look nice"; Body Bags: Body bag, rather than a bin bag for coroners; Coil Tazer Retexture: Better looking taser (maybe); Emergency Uniforms Pack: Better cops / EMS / Fire uniforms; EMS Medical Props: Give that Paramedic a stretcher; Evedence Marker Pack: Makes your crime scene look legit; Fire Extinguisher HUD Icon: Shows fire extinguisher on the weapon wheel if carried; German Shepherd / Malinois - K9 Dog: Gives police a nice police dog; Immersive Pickups: No more glowing drops or auto pickup; License Plate Randomizer: Random license plate, rather than 46eek572; Multiple Visuals: Visual enhancements to the graphics; Muted Speech and pain: Shuts the peds up; Player Location Display: Stop getting lost; Stop AI from panicking/attacking when using Fire Extinguisher: Put out fires in peace; Traffic Plus+: Online vehicles available and spawn in game; Traffic Signs and Barriers Pack: Better traffic signs and barriers; True Coroners: Better coroner uniforms; Ultimate Taxi Fix: Stops taxi ads from being too bright

GTA mods: Clean all the things: Clean up blips / objects from gameplay; Disarm: Peds drop weapon if shot in arm; Enhanced Vehicle Actions 2: More vehicle controls; GTA V Snow Mod + Snowball pickup: Do you want to have a snowball fight?; LeFix Simple Fuel: Makes vehicles require and run out of fuel; Manual Transmission: Allows use of steering wheel controllers in game; Police Repair Shops: Get car fixed at a garage
